Service Our charge for servicing all gas central heating boilers, free standing, wall mounted or back boiler units. Any parts that might be required during the service will be charged at makers list prices. Our pledge to you is. We only use new parts. Never second hand or reconditioned. All the top boiler manufactures state in their installation instructions that their central heating boiler should be serviced annually by a C.O.R.G.I. Registered installer. (All C.O.R.G.I. Registered installers carry an identification card with them, on the front these cards give the holders registration number, on the reverse side the card tells you for what type of work the holder is registered to undertake). If you have a defect or a fault on your gas boiler or on the system. It is more advisable to report a defect or a breakdown to us. It may be that a simple service will rectify the problem. As we give priority to defective central heating boilers or systems, we would give a faster response to your call for assistance.  A service is not generally urgent. We usually service boilers at times which we arrange during working hours.
We also will ring you once a year to give you a reminder with no obligation to let you know that the service for your central heating boiler is now due to be carried out. Our secretary will arrange a convenient appointment with you.
During the service we will also check all the safety aspects like the ventilation. This is vitally important if the flue is of an open flue type, which under certain conditions can give off carbon monoxide gases. Also certain other essential aspects of the system have to be checked for safety such as the terminal, whether on the roof or balanced flue type. The boiler condition is a very important safety aspect and we are able to replace the boiler if the need arises.
